Faszaládé's mission is to re-invent the traditional Hungarian roast sausage by preparing it in novel ways as well as fusing it with unexpected ingredients such as sardines and pistachio. Accordingly, the bar was expected to look and feel contemporary while retaining the atmosphere of old-style butcher shops. The mosaic numbers and their captions featured on the walls invoke the Hungarian version of the nursery rhyme "This Little Piggy".
