SUBMACHINE is a Budapest-based graphic design studio that enjoys working on books, exhibitions, signage and wayfinding. Occasionally, we also design visual identites, websites, public installations and typefaces. The studio was founded by Ákos Polgárdi and Ági Rubik in 2014. We are also the founders and organizers of the Hungarian Book Design award.
